The U.N.’s nuclear watchdog finds no evidence for Russia’s claim that Ukraine is readying a ‘dirty bomb.’

The International Atomic Energy Agency said its inspections had found no evidence of illegal nuclear activity at three sites that figured in Russia’s claims.
